The goal of this app is to use image recognition algorithms for plants identification. This image recognition system is based on Deep Learning methods, which are widely used for identifying objects in images, transcribing voice to text, sorting new items and selecting relevant search results. Increasing the speed in the process of identifying plant species, and increasing the accuracy of identification are the results obtained.
Plant taxonomy is one of the first areas of study of scientific knowledge. Among the sciences that study living things, the fundamental objectives of plant taxonomy are related to the classification and ordering of plants. However, these processes are slow and in turn very complex. The need to create new computational tools to support traditional methods such as taxonomy arise from these difficulties.
